Survey Respondents

The Senior Survey is currently conducted on a rolling basis at UNC Charlotte. Students receive this survey when they apply for graduation. The results of this survey are typically reported to the UNC System General Administration every three years.

The results of this survey can be further explored using the dropdown menus at the top of each graph.

College: Students can be affiliated with academic programs in the College of Arts and Architecture, the Belk College of Business, the College of Computing and Informatics, the Cato College of Education, the William States Lee College of Engineering, the College of Health and Human Services, or the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Resident Status: In-State (NC) resident or out-of-state resident for admissions and tuition purposes.

Admit Type: Students are admitted to UNC Charlotte as either new freshmen or as transfer students from another institution.

Gender: Male or Female as determined by Banner records

Race: African American, American Indian, Asian, Hispanic, International, Muliple, Pacific Islander, Unknown, or White as determined by Banner Records.

GPA: Students’ cummulative GPA on a 4.0 scale at graduation, grouped into categorical bins (e.g., 3.0 to 3.5).
